How could I go from DTD to DHS?

Is there an easy/quick way to get from DTD to DHS? Thinking of going to DTD late morning/early afternoon and then going to dhs later in the day.

I tried searching but couldn't find an answer.

Either take a bus/boat to a nearby hotel (SSR, OKW, POR or POFQ) then a bus from there to DHS, or take a bus to a hotel close to DHS (BW, BC, YC, Swan/Dolphin) and then take a boat or walk to DHS. If you take a bus to a hotel close to DHS, if you can, go Swan/Dolphin if you plan to take the boat, it's the last stop before DHS. Or take whatever the first bus is that comes to DTD and take a bus from that hotel to DHS.

Or take a cab. It will take much less time.

There is no easy or quick way unless you take a taxi. With Disney transport you would take a boat or bus to a resort and then another bus to the park. If you take a bus to an Epcot resort you would have the options of walking or taking the boat to the park.

There isn't direct bus service between DTD and the parks. You would have to take a bus to an Epcot resort and either walk or take the boat to DHS (I'm not sure if the Epcot resorts have bus service to DHS), or take a taxi.

Or if you drove to DTD, you could easily drive to DHS.

Thanks for the info. Can anyone tell me how far of a walk it would be from a nearby hotel (Swan/Dolphin, BW, BC, etc) to dhs? I can't tell on the map. Is there a walkway?

There is a walkway and I think it is roughly a mile walk depending on the resort you start at.

The easiest and quickest way is to take a taxi. It will cost somewhere around $20, but be much much quicker than busing to a resort and then walking or taking another bus.

I read somewhere that it is 1.2 miles to walk from HS to Epcot. If you are at DTD, and hop on whatever bus you see first to Swan/Dolphin/YC/BC/BW, it will be less than 1 mile walk to HS. We've done that walk before, it is long but quite pleasant.

I also read that there is a new walkway from Saratoga Springs and DTD? I do not know the details, but you could theoretically walk from DTD to SSR and then bus to HS.

It's a 5 minute walk to SSR from the Bus stop at DTD. From there take the bus to HS.

That will be quicker than a bus to Swan/Dolphin followed by boat. Also taxis are picking up from team Disney building over the road from DTD so that is not a super fast option at present either.

Walking distance from the BW bus stop to DHS is 0.8 mi.; from the Swan bus stop it's 0.9 mi.

Walking to SSR and getting the bus to DHS would probably be the fastest route. Walking distance from the Marketplace northeast corner to the Congress Park bus stop at SSR is only 0.3 mi. The only problem is you might have a small bit of difficulty finding the bus stop if you're not familiar with SSR.

Thank you for the information. Maybe I will look into going from SSR. Seems like it would be the easiest, if I can find the bus. Otherwise, the walk from BW is not undoable.
