How close is Formosa Gardens?

We're staying at a rental home there next week that my MIL rented. We usually stay on Disney property, so I have no experience with rental homes or the areas they are in. How long should we expect it to take us to get to each of the parks? Thanks.

From Formosa Gardens Estates to Animal Kingdom parking lot is about 5 or 6 minutes using Sherberth Rd. To DHS it's about 7 minutes, Epcot 10 -12 min and MK is about 12-15 to the parking lot. SeaWorld will take 20 minutes and Universal about 25 if there's no traffic problems on I -4.
You can also use World Drive which is a couple of miles east on 192.
Here's a map that will show you the area. Formosa Gardens is #9 and the shortcut to AK via Sherberth is the blue line then turn left at the red line or the green line then turn left at the red line. You can get to the rest of Disney this way too, just follow the signs once you get near AK.
