How close are Marriott Villas to MOWC?

I will be attending a convention at MOWC in November and bringing my family to vacation with me afterwards. I was looking longingly at the villas at Marriott Royal Palms, Marriott Sabal Palms, or especially those 3-bedroom units at Marriott Imperial Palms. They all say they are "sister resorts" to MOWC but I need them to be walkable to the convention part of MOWC. Has anyone stayed there and scoped this out? Any input will be appreciated!

They are all within walking distance, with Sabal Palms closest. Unless you are in the closest section of Sabal Palms, I would probably use the free internal shuttle van. Just call on your villa phone and they will pick you up at your villa or bring you back from MOWC.

I haven't stayed there personally, just driven through to look. This info is from others' firsthand vacation reviews.
