I find this article to be really interesting. I actually read a book about Celebration around 2001 because I was interested in relocating there. I had just finished my YES Internship a few years before and now had my M Ed in teaching. I actually toured the schools. At that point the schools were not in good condition. They had thrown out all text books, testing, grades, etc. I was not impressed with the FL Schools. I ended up relocating to Arlington, VA and taught there a few years before returning home. Disney tried to recreate a small town USA but I don't think that is something you can build it is something that just happens. I did a bit of further researching and found out there was another murder-suicide this summer in Celebration.

saddened but not surprised. Unfortunately there's a lot of investment companies who are all about profit and nothing else
