Too funny! Our neighbors would shoot us if they say our DS5 doing this. They are not the nicest people in the world...

Deer usually don't eat Leyland Cypress - do you know from experience that these trees have been eaten in previous years?

If yes, my advice would be to put a netting "fence" around them - I've never had ANY chemical deer repellant work (and my DH is a landscape architect so we've tried them all!).
