Just went there this past President's Day week. The weekend was pretty busy. I felt the crowds most at MK (although I think we avoided it on the Monday) - and at AK (where some pathways seem narrower, and it's also way hotter). We saved MK for the Tues since we knew the weekend would be busy - we also planned it so that we wouldn't go to a park if it had early entry (since we were not resort guests) - so your planning might be different. We did Epcot Sat, AK Sun, MGM Mon, and MK Tues (then went back and did them all again!)
I didn't mind the crowds too much - with smart Fastpass use we managed to see all the major stuff w/o major headaches! and the benefit is, that weekend parks are open later than the rest of Feb...
