How blazing hot end of August?

So I typed in your location at www.wunderground.com/tripplanner and it gave me some info for Waterloo Wellington, ON...is that near you?

You guy seem to have humidity close to 100% on most days in mid-August.

Mid-August in Anaheim has varying humidity. But it looks like on average it's probably around 85%. Although some years it was closer to 100% while other times it's more in the 70's.

Overall, I'm guessing Anaheim isn't as humid as where you live. But it'll still feel pretty darn warm. Especially if it's crowded, you're in long lines, and/or out in the sun.

I like to feel some sun some of the time. However, not too much for too long. Preferably before then, I shall be heading on over to The Enchanted Tiki Room for some fun lovin' feathered and flowery, not to mention tiki singers, AND A/C!
It feels so wonderful in there!

Just to clarify, Crocs are not at all like Jellies! My DD (4) has both Crocs and Jellies, and while her feet get sweaty in Jellies, not so with Crocs. Crocs are much better quality shoes. More comfortable, more breathable, dry out quickly if you get them wet. They are great shoes. I do own a pair (it's a requirement of Colorado citizenship) and I would wear them all day at Disney (confident that they would be comfortable), except I think they look kind of silly on me with shorts. For kids, they are great! Super comfortable and quick drying. Who wants to walk around in wet socks after Splash Mountain?

June Gloom sounds fine to me. Now to convince the other part of our travel party. :)

I wore my fair share of jellies when I was a kid. But really the things that come to mind are dirty feet and sweat...haha. I suppose that's why I'm not a fan of crocs since I associate crocs with jellies.

Not to repeat myself but eewww lucy that's gross :lmao:

Big Croc fan here. My Croc sandals are the ONLY sandals my foot doc recommends as they are formed to support your feet, not like flat flip flops. I have Disney crocs, regular crocs, croc sandals, winter crocs (great for this time of year, really warm),etc. And I DO wear them to WDW, even with shorts.

Oh, I see plenty of adults wearing them and they look fine. They seem to look particularly silly on me because I have small, narrow feet. Since the shoes are so wide, I look like I have clown feet. :sad2:

I can't believe you gals took my comment about crocs being talked to death and then started talking it to death again! :rotfl2:

Yup that's close to us and thanks for all the searching!!
So it shouldn't be too bad as the heat doesn't bother us too much - love those mid afternoon pool breaks!!
So I'll be in DL this August wearing my crocs and carrying my baggalini!!:lmao:
