How bad will it be?

Please be brutally honest. We just planned a trip for March, the only week over the next 9 months that we could go. How bad will the crowds be 3/19 - 3/24. We plan to avoid the parks over the weekend except for EE on Sunday to do Fantasyland. How bad will the crowds be Mon and Tues? Our DD's are 3 and 5 so we stick with the kiddy stuff.

Also, how bad are the parks at night especially for Spectromagic? We were there for Mother's Day weekend last year and found it very crowded. Spectromagic was only one night and it was a mob scene. Will it be like that or worse??

That might be spring break week for some colleges, but it won't be for most schools since Easter/Passover is in April. Can anyone else think of some reason why that week would be bad? I can't. I think you'll be just fine.

My family and I are going that week..

Driving from Dallas. We have gone in Aug the past 2 years, but decided to book another trip since our son is the age where he loves WDW. Course he is also the age where the schools get all bent out of shape if he misses a couple of days.

I have done some research on it and have heard that from 1st week of Mar through Mid Apr its crowded, but it starts getting more crowded as the month rolls on and gets really bad around Easter weekend. I dont think its going to be all that bad Mar14-Mar19.
I really dont like waiting in lines and crowded places, but I figure as long as I dont go to WDW over the Christmas Holidays I can handle it.

EE days are a godsend as well as Fastpass. When you have an idea of what you want to do, you can kind of tailor your jorney through the MK accordingly.

Just roll with the punches and enjoy your time there. I know I will.

We are going the week before (12-19) and the Orlando schools are on Spring Break then (15-19) and I think it will be pretty crowded with the locals. I bet the next week won't be as bad.
