I own at BWV but when not there, on points, you can find me at POP! Now, dh doesn't care for anywhere unless it's BW, so he doesn't count. I would go with POP simply because the buses are for POP only...no other stops.
As far as room size goes, the values are only a smidge smaller than the moderates..not enough to pay the extra money for. The beds are the same size. The moderates do have that privacy curtain, but when I stay at POP with my dd, I bring my own curtain/tension rod. You could bring an airbed for one of the kids, when they aren't sleeping on it, you can stand it up against the wall. May be a bit crowded, but unless you go with a deluxe, you are going to be cramped anywhere.
