The Theme Parks are full of women in pointed High Heal Shoes. How do they do it?
They have tiny little brains, so they don't register pain the way normal people do.
(sorry)

I still have to take a percocet most of the time after the parks, due to pain though.
Since getting Crocs, not too bad.
you wre probably consuming more salt and less potassium than is in your normal diet. Try watching the salt and see if that helps.Does anyone have ankles that swell only while at WDW? I don't know if it's the excessive walking in the summer heat, or what, but I've had that problem a couple of times. On my next trip, I'm icing my ankles when I can as a preventive measure.
I also have plantar fasciitis, and since I started wearing crocs I have not had a flare-up. My feet are sore at the end of a WDW day, but it's a "normal" sore and not a PF kind of sore.
Also, a tip I picked up from the Dis boards, freeze some bottled water. When you get back, roll your foot back and forth over it (that advice came from an orthopedic specialist).
my feet hurt so bad!!! The next day I wore my crocks..and that is all I'd wear after that. My feet did not hurt at all w/them after a day in the parks! It took forever to finally break down and buy them too... I found a pair at Dicks sporting goods that were more narrow than the typical ones you see...so I like them much better
I'll have to tell my dh about the bottled water trick
he'll like that one!you wre probably consuming more salt and less potassium than is in your normal diet. Try watching the salt and see if that helps.

try KEEN sandels......after 9 days in the parks my feet didn;t hurt at all
