How are the crowds?

Is anyone just back from Disney? I am leaving on Friday with my DH and DD (19 months)!! YAY!! Just wondering how the crowds have been? Has anyone taken part in the Magical Beginnings Extra Hour? How has that been?

We've been to WDW in Sept once before and that's why we're going again on the 20th. It seems to be less crowded during that time. Most kids are back in school (minus the ones who are homeschooled or the ones who skip school to go). There were a few things we had to get fastpasses for when we went, but a lot of it was just a short wait in line. The weather was still really warm - warmer than I expected, but that's okay. And from experience is usually rains at least once a day in Orlando. We experienced that every day the last time we were there during Sept. and it's what I've been told is common by people I know who have lived in Orlando or most places in Florida. Have a great trip!

We're flying in on Saturday!

September is usually a less crowded time historically... although park attendance in general is on an upward trend I hear, so we are going to be prepared to wait in lines but I still don't think it will be all that bad.

This thread about "Little Ones Magic Hour" should answer your other question. We plan on taking advantage of that.
