If you own a 100 point contract at boardwalk, how much would your maintenance dues cost this year?

How do you know?

How much does it go up ever year?

DVC calculates the cost to run the resort for the year. They know how many labor hours and pretty much what everything costs. They estimate what the taxes for what the resort will be. They take that total and divide it by the total points for the resort, transportation, repairs, etc. BWV dues for 2019 are $7.1722 per point so time that by 100 points gives you $717.22. Dues for the most part go up every year on average of about 3%. A resort like BWV has a DVC side and a cash reservation side. They will share costs on transportation, taxes etc. stand alone resorts like SSR, OKW, RIV get to pay all the associated costs.

AKV pays for the upkeep on the savanna, too. Including the animals and the keepers. RIV will have the Skyway as a new cost that others shouldn't have.

Annual fees are announced at the annual member meeting in Dec when they are voted on by the board. You get the announcement by mail at the end of December. Just in time for holiday bills.
