Very funny! Most were from our Oct trip but a few were from our Aug trip that I forgot to post...the best drink was the Blueberry Acai from Il Mulino...I need to get the recipe for that one!

When you order the Lapu Lapu, can you take the actual pineapple with you ??

We are camping and fresh pineapple for breakfast the next morning sounds yummy !!!

they dont give you the pineapple from the drink - you just get the drink inside the pineapple - I was able to use the straw to dig out some of the pineapple from the side to make the drink last longer - its not a whole lot of drink!

do you think I could get a Welsh Dragon without Creme de Menthe? How does it taste? It sounds like a fruity drink, but for that creme de menthe!

3/4 ounce peach schnapps
3/4 ounce melon liqueur
1/2 ounce green crème de menthe
to taste orange juice
to taste pineapple juice

Sandy 321, get the creme de mint in the welsh dragon you can't taste it.I make this drink where I work and the creme de mint actually makes it not so sicky sweet. They are delish!

I cannot remember the technical name for this...it was the margarita with the jalapeno from the new bar in Mexico...that guacamole is awesome!
