Hi all ... Looking to rent a house for our second week on our next trip. What is your fav site for renting houses? Vrbo is not giving me a whole lot of options.

We always use either vrbo or http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net/ (since that's where we typically stay).

What are you looking for? I can't imagine vrbo not having countless options unless you are searching for something very specific.

We love Emerald Island and Windsor Hills. Here's some websites to rent direct from owners:

We've stayed in both. A tip I'd give is to use the various websites to find slots in owners calendars that are bookended by other bookings. If there is an awkward slot to fill they are more likely to be willing to offer discounts. All depends if your dates are flexible. Hope that helps.
