Anyone been to these places in DD? Can you make reservations? Are they needed always. How is the food/prices? What if there is a show at HOB - can you still have dinner?
 
It's set up just like WDW. You can still eat there even if there is a show on that you aren't seeing.

The Jazz Kitchen is excellent but there prices are kind of steep. It's very similar to Emiril's if you've ever been there. It's also very crowded there and PS is highly suggested. The Jambalaya (sp?)is excellent!

...but you MUST try the beignets! They are out of this world. :D

There's a little take-out place with a patio that carries just a few items, including beignets.
