Got up around 3:00 A.M. drove to resort, got there by 7:00, headed over to MK, stayed until around 8:00, went to the Spirit of Aloha show, got back to reosrt around 12:00 P.M. I'm a comando, I usually stay from morning EMH to closing or ADR's which ever comes last.

9-10 cause my baby sister cant last a whole day there. Not to mention its nice to get out of the heat and crowds once a day.

If I wanted to lounge around a pool, relax and do nothing I wouldn't be going to WDW. I am going to spend most if not all the day I can in one of the parks. A lot of the time in September though, the parks are open 9-8... we usually have an ADR outside the park or we park hop, usually both... so I put 9-10 hours.

These days--usually 3, sometimes 4 hours. Of course we've been going to WDW since 1975 and have seen and done everything multiple times. So we just visit our favorites in each park and if there is any sort of a line, we skip that one. We've seen it before and we'll see it again!!
Then to the pool, maybe mini golf, perhaps some shopping, and then a nice dinner out each evening.
Should add too that we never rush to the parks anymore. We wander over around 9:30 or so, after a full breakfast.

:goodvibeswe get there when we get there....and we definetely stay to closing...and if there are EMH in the evening we love it even better...our legs are usually sore and pained by our third day...then our bodies just get used to it....

...come to think of it im probably the only one with sore anythings bc my DD6 who is as tall as a 3rd grader has no problem staying all day as long as I push her in a stroller "rental"

we are the "if its open we are there, we leave when they throw us out" type of family :rotfl2:

Same here! We tend to take the view that tiredness is a state of mind and there will be plenty of time to relax when we come home - starting on the 9 hour flight back to the UK!

"Commando":laughing:.

9-10 hrs a day and love every minute of it:goodvibes.

:lmao:All I know, when I come home, I need a vacation !!

If I can get the other lazyboned people with me up and out of bed, I'm there at or near rope-drop. And it is rare that I leave before closing, regardless of what time I arrive (and even if I then have to drive five hours home!) -- I usually ride the brooms out the gate! :thumbsup2

Twice, to my knowledge, my wife and I have been the very last guests to leave the Magic Kingdom. Kind of proud of that! ;) :laughing:
