Hours for Downtown Disney

This may be a dumb question, but what time do the shops open in Downtown Disney? I was thinking we would go there our last day and do some shopping in the morning before we leave for the aiport, but didn't know what time the shops opened.

Last summer we were waiting to do some shopping before we left, but the stores did not open until 10 am. That may have changed this year. I will be there July 12tth- through 18th. So I will have the answer then.
