Nothing in Boston is reasonable. But I've referred people to the Hotel Buckminster, which is across the street from Fenway. I think it might run a bit less than $200 and is usually pretty clean.

I assume if you want near Fenway you are going during the summer, so as someone said previously if you find something for around $200, jump on it. You don't want anything that says Logan airport, its just not convenient.

I agree with Mouse Maineac, get something a couple of stops out and take the T. As a bonus, you'll get to ride home with a bunch of Sox fans!
