hotel recommendation for Jacksonville?

I need to get a hotel rool for tommorrow night for DH and DS. DH wants to stop over around Jacksonville not too far off I-95 if possible. Looking for something safe, clean and cheap.

Haven't stayed there in a few years, but we used to stay at Amerisuites at Baymeadow. It was always pretty inexpensive compared to everything else around there. Clean. The last two times we went there, the pool was out of commission. Not sure if that matters to you.There is also an Embassy Suites close by. Both are maybe half a mile off 95. Avoid the Comfort Suites on Dix something.

Down the street is a Joseph's Pizza that was yummy and inexpensive.

We stayed at a Radisson that I liked better, near Dave and Buster's, but I'm not sure the exact location or best exit off 95. It was only a few dollars more than the Amerisuites. My DH liked that Ameri had the breakfast bar with the big waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, etc. Nothing great, but he's cheap and easy. Also did help speed things up w/ the kids in the am. I preferred the DD or Panera down the street.
