Hotel hold carry-ons if room not ready?

We'll be arriving at AKL around noon and hope to head out to the park if our room isn't ready. Will the hotel hold some of our stuff (carry on bags) so we don't have to take it all to the parks with us?

You have to check them in with baggage service at the resort but yes they will hold them
