Hot Topic junior sizes?

I am going to order a Disney hoodie from Hot Topic, but it's listed in junior sizes.. I'm afraid to get the wrong size because it will cost me too much to send it back (there's no hot topic where I live). Does anyone have any experience with their clothes, how accurate are the sizes? My hoodies are normally a women's size Medium, would I need to buy a Large from Hot Topic?

I would go up to the Large to be safer. Do they list a size chart on the hoodie's page or have any reviews?

I agree to go up at least one size. I feel like their sizing runs small based on what I've bought my girls there.

I've found the size chart measurements to be accurate with their sizing system - which I think means that Hot Topic's sizes typically run a little smaller than other stores.
