Find an item that is sold on eBay that accepts PayPal as the payment method. If you win the bidding or if you do a Buy It Now, and if you pay using a PayPal account with the offer code CELEBRATE, you get 10% off (up to $25 in savings). Limit one coupon per customer. I got a card in the mail for the same discount.
I used it on a lot of Disney pins I bought so I can pin trade in Dec. My code was a bit different then just "celebrate" it had a number after it. It did state can only be used once per ebay account. When you pay thryu paypla make sure you add the coupon code and recalculate so the discount shows up. If you don"t see it then something is wrong.

I have not tried the code listed above...I have already used one but I hope it saves some others some money.
