Hot Dogs

We will be in Disney World in two weeks and have heard about a restaurant that has a large menu of hot dogs including the chicago dog and many others. Do any of you know the name of the restaurant and its location. I know that it is on site? Would love to sample some good hot dogs while we are there.

i don't know for sure (and i am confident that someone will come along and correct me) but my guess is that it's casey's in the magic kingdom...

Hot dogs from Casey's are one of our family traditions. They are very good. You can get reg., foot long and 1/4 pound ones I think. You can purchase a very small cup of chili (think salad dressing size). There is a topping bar with mustard, mayo, ketchup, pickles and pickle relish, saurkraut, cheese sauce and maybe grilled onions. You dress your own dog. We love to eat these and listen to the piano player.

Just an FYI - Deb updated the Casey's menu on her site and it only has the 1/4 pound left. Hope that is not true!

Yes, it's true. I saw that when we went in June and kinda wondered about that. Maybe they didn't get enough demand for the smaller one so they just went with the 1/4lb one.

There was a place @ DCA that had a menu like that but that's in California and it was counter service. And the one time I went there the wait was horrendous & the Dogs were the Big Fat ones that are more like knockwurst, didn't like it. Don't know of a place at WDW.

My son thinks the ones from the cart on the Boardwalk are the best in WDW.
