Is it true that they have a horse and carriage ride at Saratoga? Do we need to make ressies?

It is true, and yes make a ressie, my DW and I did this back in May and really enjoyed it.:cool1:

Call 407-827-1100 0r 407 w disney Im not sure about MS and it seems like it was 40$ my DW set it up.:cool1: :cool1:

For some reason, the Carriage Rides have been discontinued at SSR.

I know it was a big production to get the horses set up each night and they wanted to make the pickup site more prominent. (it was in the back behind Turf Club, by the pro shop/boat dock)

Right now, they are referring all riders to either FW or POFQ for nightly rides. The rides accomodate 4+1 child and cost 35 dollars.

So you can call, but but you will have to go to the other resorts to do it.

We liked the carriage ride and hope they bring it back. I guess if they get enough interest from guests they may reconsider.

For those of us that got to try it, we thought it was pretty nice and a gorgeous ride around SSR.

We just went on the carriage ride in November.

It is true the ones at SSR have been discontinued. JC, our driver, told us the interest just was not there at SSR.

We went at FW and it was really nice. We had our choice between the camp grounds and the jogging trail. We decided to let Ike, the horse, decide. Ike picked the joging trail.

I think our reservation was at 7:30.

We would do it again.

FW has carriage rides. We love spending time over there before the Hoop dee doo!

Wow, I didn't know they were discontinued @ SSR already:sad2:
I knew we should've done it for my dbf 1st trip in October.
