Is there a way (reporting a code perhaps) to find out how many days are left on a hopper plus ticket we have from a few yrs ago?

Also, we have 2 kids tickets but kids are now 11 and 12. How does that work? Can the kids still use them or do they need to be upgraded where we pay a difference?

where is the best place to get tickets prior to departure?

To find out how many days remain on the partially used tickets, you must go to one of the parks. A few folks have reported being able to get this information at a resort checkin desk, but I would not count on that.

If you have children's tickets and the children are now older, they can still use the rest of the days on their ticket. Just take the ticket (and the child) to the Guest Relations window at the park, and they'll swap the child ticket for an adult ticket with the same number of unused admissions, at no additional charge.
