Besides getting a closer view, is there any benefit to buying Tier 1 seating for HDDR? Is it worth it?
No other benefit - just being seated closer.
This, exactly. We've done Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 2 was fine (we were in the last row of tables in the dead center, just in front of the double doors). The view was great, we just didn't feel quite as much a part of "everything" as we normally do in Tier 1.No other benefit - just being seated closer.
We like it and feel it's worth it. But have also sat in Tier 2 and enjoyed the show just as much.
Last year we were waffling between Tier 1 and Tier 2. Can honestly say I'll save the money and go Tier 2 next time, there's truly not a bad seat in the house and I can spend that $$ in so many other places LOL. Absolutely best value dinner we had on our trip!!!
I don't agree. IF you objectively look at the total number of Tier 1 seats and then objectively look at the number of folks included it the show, I believe it is more accurate to not set unrealistic expectations and say it is surely possible, not likely that you will be included in the show. That said, the performers also circulate into Tier 2 and even upstairs at Tier 3 and interact with guests.Tier 1 of course, you will likely be included in the show at some point. I know we were, so fun!
Agreed. I've seen it three times and they obviously look for specific criteria for the show participants: a small boy; a very pretty and young woman; a tall, strapping man. It doesn't matter where you sit- I think they probably look the audience over before or during the show, and already have an idea of who they'll pick before they ask for volunteers. It isn't random or based on where you're sitting.I don't agree. Ah maybe you are right. I assumed it was our location based on our experiences.Agreed. for me Cat 1 benefit is not having to climb the steps to second levelBesides getting a closer view, is there any benefit to buying Tier 1 seating for HDDR? Is it worth it?
