Hoop Dee Doo Pic from 1990

Hey DiSigners,

I really want to make my Dad a novelty T-shirt for his 1st trip back since 1990. He was the one picked to go up on stage and this is the only picture that exists of it.

Does anyone have any ideas for a shirt? (or mousepad) or something?
I'm at a loss and I really think he'd get such a kick out of it!
