HOOP DE DOO and DDE

Hi there~~ Looks like on DDE, only the 9:30 Hoop Dee Doo is discounted. Just wanted to hear from those who have gone to the last show of the night and get your thoughts on the service/food etc since it is the last show???? Looking at it for our July trip.

I am leaning toward the 7:15 one even with no discount, but wanted to get some feedback. The kids are 10 and 13 so the later time really won't be an issue. Also thought about doing it on our first night instead of going to a park so an earlier time might be better. Again just trying to get some input since this would be our first time.

In September my little band of guys, all around 50, went to MGM from 3-8, then to HDDR for the late show. I've been to HDDR 7 times, always at 9:30. It's a great time to go. NO holding back to make sure the food lasts through a third show. The servers have usually had a great night and are at the top of their game. The show is sharp. And it's mostly an adult crowd. No screaming babies, well, last time there was one, but the cook came out and calmed him down. Then the show started and the kid rocked with the show. It's often not full, and the crowd compacts. Of course, you don't get home til after midnight.

That was my experience. Also in September.

The 9:30 show had fewer kids, the crowd was smaller, the wait
staff terrific and the show was great. With a smaller crowd we
all seemed to get a lot more attention from everyone.
