hong kong - buzz Mr potato head?

Sorry if Hong Kong questions do not belong here...

I came back from WDW with Potato head parts. Someone told me that Hong Kong has an exclusive Buzz Lightyear outfit... is this true? Anyway I can get it, without making an expensive trip?
