Honesty time, how many times do you search?

OMG the dreaded missing of a big one! Rough stuff. Missed a CRT at the exact time I needed because MDE was rejecting my credit card I've used for all my planning, was paid in full and had a $10,000 limit remaining on it

I missed tommorow terrance wishes party because the system glitched on me and of course it was gone
I don't think I'll get the chance again

I have seriously got to step it up. I signed in tonight just to see how often everyone was checking per day in order to get that most important ADR. I have only been refreshing a couple of times a day. Thanks for the success stories. I have renewed hope.

I'm going insane. We just has fastpass+ and in 13 days it's the 45 day window where I hope and pray that someone with the imagineer lunch cancels! (Yes. I am counting days.)

After that? Be depressed and try to find a plan B.
Hubby loves animals so the wild afrika trek would be awesome but the price is not so awesome. Sigh.
Is that at least hard to book?

The only think keeping my sanity is the thought that my TA is checking obsessively too in a different time zone. Between the two of us we should get it if it does become available!

I've been trying to score an 'Ohana and a 1900 Park Fare for over a week and yesterday I refreshed and BOOM, there was the 'Ohana exactly when I wanted it! Score!

I have 1900 Park Fare on the day I want it but it's too late for us, so I'm just hoping to grab an earlier one. I sit at work and check a couple times an hour but on my off days I only check a couple times a day. I'm still 57 days out though, so I'm not worrying yet.

33 days to go...I just need 2 more ADR's, the ever elusive BOG, for my 40th bday dinner on 9/1 & an early O'hana on 9/5....I must check 15-20 times a day. But I'm staying positive I will get them both!

Here's my question- do you guys just spam the reservation website with attempt after attempt and get results? Or do you typically just click once every so often through the day and see what happens?

Getting a bit desperate and just trying to figure this out.

I kind of shocked as I hit my 30 day point for the whole trip no BOG, CRT or Imagineer has opened at any time, even late night or very early.

I'm not surprised. We were there in February, one of the supposedly slowest times (though free dining) & we only planned a few weeks before (I had outpatient surgery in Tampa so my planning date was held up by them).

I tried like crazy but there was a lot that never opened up. No BOG, BBB (not dining but still), no CRT, chef mickeys, or better 'Ohana times became available (via app or calls). But 1900 would have been possible (bad times for our other plans), and while we were there we were able to snag/better schedule an H&V, CP, a Tusker, and two Akershusez.

So don't give up, but alternative plans are not a bad thing. I'm trying to hedge my bets in case they continue Frozen or in case I get something we really want that messes up everything else but really, mostly in case I can't score fastpasses which also happened last time. Sigh.

No matter what though, aren't we going to have the BEST time?!?

Obsession does pay off, yesterday a cp popped up for 8:45 and I was like meh but ok still pre rd but not 5 minutes later a 8:20 popped up and I was like hurry up mde
yes I want to cancel and replace, lol
Unfortunately we now have to do lunch and dinner at bog on the same day, there could be worse things I suppose

I usually check using the app on my phone. Open to home page, it's set to MK dining, pop in the date and time. It takes less than 30 seconds per search from start to finish.

The process itself is addictive. I now have everything I want but am still checking for an earlier CP pre-RD time (currently have 8:35), realistically I think we'll have a hard time getting there any earlier so I should stop but every so often I can't help but check anyway.

I've been checking probably a few times a week/day since April for a reservation for BOG in October & yesterday I FINALLY got one for the last day we're there. SO happy!
