Honestly...what Disney character can't you stand??

I have liked many of the responses here. For me it's about the whoring of Pooh. I can't stand Pooh or any of the Pooh characters. Furthermore, I have not found a single Disney/Pixar character that I like.

The quotes about some characters not being real Disney especially apply to these and in my opinion, any character that has appeared in a Disney movie since Tarzan. The characters from these Pixar films have no heart or soul because they were created on computers and not hand drawn. As long as this process continues, we will never see another memorable character. But that won't stop Disney from inflicting these cheap wannabees on us through direct-to-video sequels, lame video games and of course the theme park rides.

As long as you people continue to support this crap, Disney will continue to create it. Probably even long after Eisner is gone. How I long for the Disney of old.

Great Thread, I've laughed a lot this morning!
My least favorite are the characters from Alice In Wonderland, they seem like they were created during a bad acid trip.
If the rumor is true, I can't wait to meet Kim Possible and the real star of the show RON STOPPABLE! BOOYAH!

I too don't really like Peter Pan, but I'm afraid that it is only because of Michael Jackson. The whole Neverland thing just creeps me out

I must say i'm Quite against pixar's characters mingling with the "REAL" disney characters. I don't have a problem with them, but they are NOT the same not only from a drawing point of view but the attitude is nothing like any other disney character. I've grown up watching "real" disney movies but even the more recent movies disney has done (animated) dont really feel all that disney either...anything after Lion King, except for Lilo & Stitch has pretty much been only "ok" in my eyes and therefore those characters are just not as important to me.

Just my opinion.

I feel like judging a character is all about your age... I am 21 therefore i grew up knowing Aeriel, Belle, and Simba... To me Snow white, Aurora.... umm kinda suck... to be blunt... and i am sure soeone who grew up in the 60's 70's thinks the opposite... just like in 10 years the kids now will say Mr. Incredible is real Disney....


Not judging the movies... just the likeability of the characters.... The only Disney movie i hate is.....

Pluto is Mickey's loyal dog and best friend! He watches out for him and is good company like any dog

Nope, you're wrong, dear. It is NOT all about your age...I'm 45 and I have ALWAYS felt that the earlier characters were insipid and useless and annoying. I adore Mulan...she shows a real strength of character and love of family that is lacking in all the earlier "princesses". I believe your love of one character or another is based on how well they match up to your ideals.
