Homewood Suites - Parkway Blvd.

Has any one ever stayed here and can give me their two cents worth? I can't find many reviews on this resort. This is the one on Parkway Blvd., as opposed to the one on Palm Parkway.

Apparently it has a full kitchen and supplies breakfast and an afternoon manager's reception and is close to WDW.

Does anyone know if it's worth it? Clean? Friendly?

I've stayed at these hotels before and they are great. I'm sure your visit would be nothing be great. I also would look on tripadvisor before making reservations.

The reviews on Trip Advisor are on opposite ends of the scale which makes it confusing and scary to go there. The rates that are currently being offered on Expedia and Hotelkingdom, for example, are a lot higher than the quote that I have. And the poor reviews that are out there complain about shabby appearance, broken furniture, poor service. So I'm wondering if they've undergone a major renovation recently.

So hopefully some other DISer out there has gone there within the last month or so?????

I've tried to email the hotel directly so I'll see what I get back.

Well - Sometimes you can trust those types of sites but then again everyones stay isn't going to be perfect, and they are not all the same. I've stayed any many hotels that are rated very bad on TripAdvisor but they were some of the best hotels.
