Homeward Bound

it was a tad chilly yesterday -- but we had a GREAT garage sale!

much better than I had anticipated! (who would have thunk it?)

That's great!

Only had one jerk & his wife stole a basket (it was not even for sale)

I had an old game boy, several accessories & games in a basket (dumb- I know)--game boy & accessories were priced for around $5, games $1 --- someone came through & bought all but 2 of the games & (another) old game boy---jerk family came along --haggled -- whatever ok -- wife ended up taking the whole thing (basket included) & walking away! I did keep a bit of his change-- he thought he was only paying $6 for the game boy & games but I only gave him $2 back -- I shouldn't have given him anything back!

then same jerk -- we had a brand new -- in the box, never opened Tickle Me Elmo santa: for got to put it out ) -- I priced it for 5 bucks & he tried to haggle me again! & dumb *** wanted to open it! 'nope, sorry firm at 5 bucks'.............

sold it about 5 minutes later for $5.


other than that it was overall a great success!

There's always at least one! At least the basket wasn't too valuable...remember the shoplifters we had at our garage sale last year

got a new desk top Friday -- tis very fast

however I am still enjoying sitting on the couch w/ the lap top

I found my way! Thank u all! I miss u all!! It is SO HOT here but its Disney! Having a fantastic time! We are back at our room relaxing before heading back out to the MK.

Yeah I was for awhile. Our church was tagged with graffiti. So I was with my dad, while he called the cops. It is a felony to do graffiti at a church, school amongst other places. The crime scene even came to take pictures.
