Homemade BBQ Sauce Recipe

Please post your favorite BBQ sauce recipe. I'm getting tired of the bottled kind and would like to try making it myself.

Not a sauce but it tastes great!

We've sort of gotten away from sauces since most of them (homemade and store bought) have a sugar of some sort and the no sugar/low carb recipe I tried was not well received by anyone in the family.

So we've been using various dry rubs. Even something as simple as Emeril's origianl essence when rubbed into the meat is yummy!
