Just wondering if anyone here has used the website HomeGain?

How did you like it? I'm thinking of giving it a try to get information on both homes in Florida and information I need to sell our place. It says you can remain annoymous until you're ready to choose an agent.

It's a great way to get info on housing costs in the are you are looking to buy, but, sometimes they are a little slow in getting sold properties off their website. So you could be looking @ a house that is already sold.

OK, I'm a little biased, I am a realtor in CA. BUT...why not contact an agent in FL & let them do the work for you? It will cost you NOTHING & they will contact you w/info & pricing on houses that are currently available.

Then, when you are ready to buy, all you have to do is look @ the houses that fit you & not wade through all the morass.

Please, I am not soliciting, just trying to help answer the Q.
