Hollywood Studios.... What's coming, and when??

We have a tip planned for November 2017. Is there a page or link with info on what may or may no longer be at DHS then? What is supposed to be going in there now? I'm so out of the loop...

Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land won't be open by then, but Pandora: World of Avatar will be brand new at Animal Kingdom.

I doubt anything in Star Wars Land or Toy Story Land will be done in 2017. With as long as it took to do a makeover of FEA .. 2017 is just way too soon.

If anything, the construction may cause more to close (like TSMM, One Man's Dream, Little Mermaid, Disney Junior) .. all those are where most people think the entrance to Toy Story Land will be.

No ideas what else is going in Muppets Courtyard besides Rizzos.

And I am still curious what they will do with Star Tours and Indiana Jones and that whole Echo Lake area. If Star Wars Land is going into the back of the park (where Lights Motor Action was) .. will Star Tours be moved? Be retired? Would just seem weird to have a Star Wars attraction separate from Star Wars land.

Indiana Jones is the only "making of movies" attraction left. It doesn't really make sense for a "stunt show" to remain in a park that will no longer be about making movies.

Correct SWL, and TSL will not open in 2017.

TSMM won't close until 2018 when they need to move the entrance and that closure shouldn't be very long at all. The buildings that One mans dream, little mermaid, and disney junior are in are all staying.

Star Tours is staying for the foreseeable future. Another E ticket attraction is coming to DHS but its kind of up in the air as to where. Echo Lake area would make sense. Star Tours stays and will not be moved though.

So the main entrance is going to be hidden behind the Chinese Theater? I thought it would have more direct access off the hub.

The street that is Pixar Place will become backstage. The TSMM entrance will be moved to the new land. You won't have direct access to either of the new lands from the hub. The hub at DHS doesn't really lend itself to a hub and spoke design such as MK. You would have to get ride of the Chinese theater to do that.
