we are planning on the columbus day weekend.
why don't you some during that time period and we'll get the homies together for the rip tour.

our group loves the houses and shows.
we hit them all and some of the rides. jaws at night, mummy, etc


i'll be putting a thread up soon to get more in the group.

I'm coming over from England, and we leave on October 1st so I'm only gonna be there the opening weekend.

My DS is dying to go to this, but I don't know anything about it. Do you have to buy a ticket to US AND HHN or can you just get the HHN ticket for the night you want to go?

I've been going since the second year in 1991 or so and all I can say is four words,Best Halloween Event anywhere.I suggest going on a non-peak night early in the month and going to the parks in the day and Staying in the Stay and Scream area,by doing this you can get all the houses and shows in without paying for the express passes and the entrance costs less than peak nights

if you do not have a day ticket for the parks, then you will wait in line at the entrance to the studios.

it will open at 6:30.

if you have a day ticket for the parks or the ap, it is best to go inside the park around 4. go to the stay and scream area and wait for the all clear signal to start your hhn event.


i like to be in the park around 2 in the afternoon. i do the rides then and at 5 go to the stay and scream area.

i concentrate on the shows and houses during the hhn event.


btw, the sept/oct hours are out now on the UO website.

you can tell which nights, for those that asked about wed and thur, hhn will be held.

studio closing at 5 is a good indicator of a hhn night.
ioa would be closing at 7 on those nights.
