HolidayVillas?

Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Villas - in particular www.holidayvillas.com

We have 6 or maybe 8 people going down in November and want to try and find an economical way - and from what I see on their site this looks perfect! My only fear is that maybe it's too good to be true.

Does anyone know if there are any sales pitches, or hidden costs?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Darkwing, I'm afraid I don't know of this company at all. But there are plenty of threads about holiday homes if you'd like to do a search. The companies I know well and am always happy to recommend are Florida Leisure, Alexander Holiday Homes and Premier, while many people here also rate Elite and Welcome Homes USA. But do a quick search and you will probably pull up a stack of info.

We used this company 2 years ago, stayed at their villas of somerset. The villa we were in was fantastic, we only pd for a 2 bed and got free upgrade to 3bed. Very clean, well maintained -- both the villa and the complex. I myself didn't see pool area but was told by another member of our party that it was also very well kept. Reservation was accurate no problems with the company themselves.

I'm searching for same type again for Jan. I have found some great deals on the vrbo site. Actually found one of the somerset villas for half the price thru the owner. If your interested I can forward you the vrbo#. But with this site you are booking directly with the owner and have to usually pay entire stay up front.

We have stayed at Villas of Somerset and enjoyed it. Lots of room in the 3 bdrm villa. Very clean. All the amenities of home and houpekeeping comes everyday and even will do the dishes (in the dishwasher).

The pool is nice, though just a normal pool. Big enough, but not one of those mega pools that some resorts have nowadays. There is a little deli/store/game room/video rental place at the pool.

It takes about 20 minutes to get to the parks. Lots of stuff nearby on 192.
