Yes, there are times when Pinpics will do that. I *think* it is when the person lists a link where they are signed in.
Then when you click on their link, it adds the pins to your list. (If I recall this correct. It has not happened to me in awhile. And because I know it does happen, I watch for it.)

I received two packages today. From Michelle I received a Test Track pin for my attraction collection:
