Holiday dining/DDP

For holiday meals (T'giving in particular) is it an OOP cost or does it still count as a TS meal on the DDP?

If you're asking about the holiday surcharges, it doesn't affect the DDP at all (although I suppose the tip might be a tiny bit higher due to the higher price of the meal). The holiday surcharges only apply to buffets and family style all you can eat meals.
