Holiday decorations?

Hello! Traveling to WDW 1/1-1/5 will the decorations still be up? Hoping

Yes. The parks are usually still decorated the first week in January, though holiday decor starts coming down. Resort decorations vary. We went January 2020 and some resorts took down their decorations right after the New Year (like the Poly, GF and Contemporary). The Wilderness Lodge was still up and AKL remained fully decorated until we left on 1/8. That was a treat… the tree was absolutely spectacular!

I think in a normal year they're still around. However, we were there for New Year's this past year, and everything came down at the parks by the 31st.

Well, it was in the before times (2019) but we went on January 9th to the Magic Kingdom and all the decorations, including the giant tree, were still up.
