What is the best resort to stay at during December?

Which hotel has the best decor/best holiday feel?

I liked Animal Kingdom Lodge the best... with Wilderness Lodge a close second.

We love the WL The GF and BC have some nice decorations, but we feel the WL beats them both The WL is just beautiful at Christmas time; we think they do the best job over all the other Disney resorts

I love GF. The gingerbread house and the tree there are so beautiful. But if you don't like Victorian era, my tree at home is decorated that way, you probably won't like it. Allearsnet has some good photos of all the deluxe resorts at Christmas.

I think the best Christmas decorations are at the Grand Floridian, the Wilderness Lodge, and the Boardwalk Inn in that order. Animal Kingdom Lodge would be a close forth

WL is our favorite... we haven't been to AKL at Christmas yet so can't say about them. last Dec we went to all the resorts around the Boardwalk to look at their decorations which were pretty but we liked WL better.

I vote for the GF, It is just beautiful I was there two years ago in December. Each night the band plays in the lobby and they had bell ringers from a local high school performing Christmas music. It is just great. I want to go back.

I thought the GF did a nice job with the gingerbread house and all the other holiday touches, but, in my opinion, everything about the WL exceeded my expectations. Maybe that theme just lends itself well to Christmas decorating, but the trees, music, and overall feel of the place just blew me away.

My favorite in order are:
1) Wilderness Lodge: Great decorations and that huge lobby = BLISS
2) Animal Kingdom Lodge: See above.... that huge lobby
3) Grand Floridian: Love the orchestra in the afternoon
4) Boardwalk Inn. Absolutely gorgeous but the lobby is too small
5) Beach Club
