OK....

I booked my room for October. I am too excited. I'm taking DH on a short cruise (we have never been on a cruise or "vacation" without the kiddos) and my mom is going to meet us in Disneyland right when we get back. I got the entertainment rates for HoJo..WHOOHOO, so I think I can pull this all off.

Now my issue is that, by the end of a muti-day trip, our feet really are BAD. My mom has a foot problem and while we have made the walk in the past, I just want to have a plan just in case.

So, I know ART has a pick up at this location. My question is....is the drop off one of the first? Or last? Is pick up first or last? Anyone used ART from HoJo?

Thanks!

From what I have read and understand, you are the last to be picked up in the morning (which is nice); and the last to be dropped off on the return (which is not so nice).

DM has it right. HoJo is the last stop on the ART route after you leave DL. We usually waked because it was still less time than waiting for the shuttle. Walking takes about 10 minutes, while the ride back to HoJo takes 20-25 minutes.

Thanks for the quick response. bummer. We will probably walk it, but nice to know we have an option if we need it. We usually don't have a problem in the morning, it is just the dreaded walk back.

The previous posters are correct. We usually walk in the morning (unless we just happen to hit it coming by) and take ART coming back because by then we are pretty tired of walking, especially with little ones. You do have to be patient when waiting to go back - I remember on our last trip it took a very long time to get a shuttle back to HOJO.

Will you have a car? I plan on sending my Dh ahead to get the car and come pick us up at DL if for some reason I'm not feeling up to the walk (health conditions too). I'm hoping I can just walk it most of the time though.

When the ART picks you up at Hojos going into the park is it usually full since it's the last stop on the way in??
If it is full do they just keep going and bypass you or stop and tell you to catch the next one?
