Hojo changed my rate for June 04!!!

I made a reservation at Hojo Anaheim Resort in November. I got a rate of $59 a night for June. I got my confirmation fine showing $59.

I just checked the site to see if everything was all set and on my confirmation it says Quoted Rate $59, Confirmed Rate $109!

Anyone have any idea what is going on? I am going to call, but I am shocked because I have never had this happen before. Thanks!

If you made a reservation and your actual confirmed rate is $59 a night with no change in rate during your stay then they have to honor it. My first guess is that your LOWEST nightly rate is $59 but there is a change in rate during your stay and your HIGHEST rate is $109.

Yes christa is right, we are staying there in June and all of our nights are 79, except the last night is 89, and our reservation reads just like Kentear is saying.

My family stayed there last year in Sept - There were too many family members to stay at our house, so they decided to get a hotel. I was a bit concerned because it was a HoJo -

But let me tell you I was very surprised! The rooms were large - very clean - 2 pools - They stayed there about a week and loved it - It is a great location and a great hotel! Just wanted to let you know -

Thanks all. I checked and you were right. The rate changes during my stay but the bottom line price does not.
