Dot: "Um...Hello?" Dot called out into the empty Ravenclaw common room, though she wasn't expecting a reply. She had skipped History of Magic, sneaking cautiously to her dormitory. Under her four-poster bed was a light sack of randomly thrown together supplies that might come in handy during her brief visit to the Enchanted Forest, hidden hastily beneath an extra sheet from the linen closet off the common room. Dot gathered the sack and her beech wand with a hydra whisker core into her arms and tiptoed out of the girls' dormitory, back into the oversized common room. Creeping into the hall outside the room, she quickly made her way toward the Great Hall, passing the Headmistress' office on her fast-paced quest.

OOC: Hi Bella!

Nagini: she smiled at him. "Don't talk to me, loser."

Gabrielle: she eyed Nagini and Jackson. Were they actually friends?

Jackson: "Try and stop me dummy." He laughed.

Jezebel: she looked out of her door and saw a girl. "Hello? Are you lost?"

Dot: Freezing in her tracks, Dot closed her eyes tight, cursing herself for being foolish enough to think she wouldn't be caught on her mission. Turning around, she tentatively replied to the kind voice that seemed eager to help her. "No, really, I'm fine! Thanks though, but I....uhhh....I'm serving detention for.....uhh...Professor Smith...I should probably be going now!" Dot slung her sack onto her shoulder, realizing why the girl who had questioned her must be confused. Why would some random fourth year be carting around a sack and hiding her wand away? Especially if she was serving detention? Dot briskly turned away and hurried down the hall, hoping she wouldn't be questioned further.

Soph:Sophia looked at the seat in front of her and wondered where Dot, (the girl that sits there) was? Normally she was the first one in the classroom busily scribbling down notes; that was Dot a high achiever

OOC: She is the headmistress XD!!!

Jezebel: "Professor Smith has class now, dear. How about you come into my office?"

Nagini: she smiled and shoved him. "You're an idiot." She didn't want Gabrielle or his other friends thinking that they were friends. Quietly, she said "you were right about Quincy."

Dot: letting her supply sack fall from her shoulder, Dot dragged her feet toward Headmistress, ready to break down in despair. How could she escape this? "Yes m'am," she replied softly, entering the crisp, neat office of the Headmistress.

Jezebel: she looked at the girl. "You really didn't have detention, now did you?" she said, gesturing to a couch that the girl could sit on. She sat behind her desk. "Now Dot, is it? What is in the bag exactly?"

Nagini: she looked at the floor. "He only likes me because of my mom." she knew it was the truth. She didn't know what to do. She felt the more she talked to him the more he was being put in danger, but he wouldn't quit.

Dot: sitting down on the luxurious white velvet of the couch, Dot folded her hands in her lap, not wanting to ruin her prim and proper reputation with any of her professors. After all, she was at the top of her class and had the best manners of anyone she knew. Best not to destroy her image before the questioning stare of Headmistress. Relaxing her shoulders and holding her chin high, Dot spoke clearly, saying, "you're right, I didn't have detention. I lied to protect myself. And the school. I heard a noise in the.." Her voice wavered, her firm smile faltering. But she quickly resumed her composure, remembering she was near the Great Hall. "In the Great Hall, earlier today. I thought... I thought there was something dangerous lurking behind the Grand Piano. When i began to feel so guilty about not telling a professor, i decided to take matters into my own hands. I skipped class and took this supply sack to help me fight off any trolls that could be hiding in the Great Hall. It was solely to defend my school." Dot could feel sweat beading on her forehead as she hoped that Headmistress would believe her dangerous lie. She had no reason not to, right?

OOC: oh okay. Just got back so I wasn't sure if she'd been on or not

Jezebel: she wasn't an idiot. She didn't believe her, but she felt that if the girl got any more nervous she would burst. "There are no trolls, dear. Just run off to class, if you are late, say I pardoned you."

Dot: breathing heavily, she gratefully thanked Headmistress for the excuse for her next class, though she wasn't planning on showing up. Dot was so relieved, she almost considered ditching the whole idea of going to the forest. Almost. On her way out of the office, she turned in the direction of HOM, hoping Headmistress would believe she was obediently on her way to class.
