Professor Black: "Well, first, I believe you will be satisfied to know that two death eaters were killed last night. There's a boy who was killed in the great hall only a matter of minutes ago. Now, I've been thinking over the past few hours, and it seems to me that our dear chamber of secrets has caused more trouble than it's worth. What would you think-if we could find a way, of course-about sealing the chamber for good?"

Holly: She entered the potions classroom. "Good afternoon, Professor Claybourne."

Professor Claybourne: "Good afternoon. Come in and take a seat."

Jezebel: "I think we should look into it. Has the procedure been done?"

OOC: she is referring to writing a letter to the parents and burying the body. It happens enough at Hogwarts, so it has probably become a procedure.

Professor Black: "Yes, I believe Harriet took care of that not long ago. And-" she stopped herself in the knick of time. She had considered but still didn't think Jez should know about anything else. "And I'll be sure to examine the entrance tonight," she covered.

OOC: you know, out of all the teachers Mel needs the lying skills the most

Holly: She sat down. "Please tell me we're doing something normal in this class," she begged.

Jez: "Melanie, I am not an idiot. I know I am being kept out of something. It's not just you. If I am headmistress, I think I should know everything happening in the school."

Jez: "Melanie, I am not an idiot. I know I am being kept out of something. It's not just you. If I am headmistress, I think I should know everything happening in the school."

Professor Black: Melanie shook her head. Jez didn't understand, so she decided to make her statement as simple as possible. "There are many situations in which knowledge can mean the difference between life and death," she said softly. "This school needs a headmistress." She left, purposely not giving Jezebel time to respond. She had been thinking, and the only reason why she could have been attacked before Evan was because her aunt knew she had been informed of them. She couldn't let that happen to Jez-not if the school was to stay safe.

Tori: Tori sat in the back next to Bass. She tried not to look at him, because she knew that her eyes were a little moony. As much as she hated admitting it to herself, there was something there when Ivan caught her.

Jezebel: Melanie left. She sat down and put her head in her hands. Porthose, her owl, landed on her shoulder. She stroked its back and sighed. She assumed her life was in danger in some way. It always is. she thought.

Professor Black: She started for her classroom, hoping that Jez was alright.
Melanie's life had been in jeopardy many times before. She had learned to live and accept that she had always seemed to know too much-even in her school years, thanks to her living situation-and even now she knew more than she should. It was just the way she was. But Jezebel wasn't as herself. She was newer to the idea of being killed, and so Melanie worried about her even more.

Jane: " I'm not Alaine, so shut your mouth!"

Chris: "But I like you better than anyone else, even Alaine. I like you even more than I love Tori."
