I just purchased some at Hobby Lobby and it says for use on Inkjet printers and/or copiers only.

My printer just broke I have a DELL and don't know what's wrong. I'm leaving in 20 days and found a print shop that can print my shirts for me for $2.50 each.

Has anyone used this paper before? Any details would be appreciated. I'm hoping this will come out good for our trip. I also purchased one tshirt from Hobby Lobby. This will be a test run so I won't lose out on too much money.

But anyone with any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.

i believe they all say for inkjet printers..

You should be ok with that paper.. i never used it myself though.

Also, you might be able to have the designs printed at kinko's or staples also, if you have a flash drive or can save them to a cd.. Just call them up and talk with them..

Good luck! and let us know how it goes!

here, no Staples or Kinkos and Office Depot said they couldn't do them. So I found a local printer that printed two for me for only $2.50!! They printed out fine, now I have to go home and wash our shirts and try the actual iron on.

I'm a little nervous. I hope they come out. I plan on making one for my DS's 5th birthday.

The reason most (maybe all?) of the t-shirt papers say for inkjet printers only is because thermal printers and laser printers actually heat the paper slightly when the image/text is fused to the paper. Since this is iron-on paper, you don't want to put any heat on it prior to when you're ready to apply it to the t-shirt.
