Ho,hum, still waiting for Memolink GC's....anyone received thiers lately?

I've all but stopped rewarding...at least until we get back...then I've vowed to start up again. The only thing that hasn't come in yet is those darn Walmart GC's from Memolink. Heck, it's been so long since I ordered them....June, maybe. I was hoping to use them for some last minute shopping for this & that's. Everything else has come in. Has anyone gotten anything from Memolink lately?

My DH is waiting on a Benigans GC. Ordered it in July and it says it was filled 8/20, but no GC here yet.

Still waiting on mine filled on 07/31 from my order way back in May of 2001.

Hopefully they will all come in soon. They owe me about $100 worth of GC.

It is taking them a while to fulfil orders. I had ordered two $50 Wal-Mart gift cards last year and one $25 Wal-Mart gift card this year. I've received one of the $50 and the $25.

According to the folks at Memolink..due to a number of their sponsors "going under" in all of the dot.com failures, they lost alot of sponsorship. They promised to fill the orders, but that it would take a little time. I have received one of the OLD orders...so I believe the other one will be coming soon.

That's good news, dizneenut! Maybe there's still hope to get mine before we leave. I've been putting off getting those last minute essentials hoping mine would arrive (3 $10 Walmart). The paycheck I get on the 15th is the last one I'll get before we leave...if I haven't gotten my GC's by then, I'll have to bite the bullet and shell out the cash.

I got mine today along with this e-mail (separately).

It has been almost 2 months now since my prize was "filled". Who much longer does it take to send out an e-mail GC?

Thank you for your email. We've been a bit backed up. You are absolutely right, you should have received that CDNow prize by now! With the continued growth of our Web site, Memolink is continuously working on improving our prize fulfillment process, and with the recent upgrades to both our staff and computer hardware, there have been a few glitches in the system. I will personally see to it that your prize is e-mailed to you when we receive our new batch (probably this week). I can't apologize enough for the confusion and I hope your experience with Memolink is much better in the future!

On my $25 Wal-Mart GC...it was almost a month after the "fill date" and I'd still not received it, so I emailed memolink and received a similar response. Within a week, the GC was in my mailbox!

The $50 Wal-Mart GC showed up in less than two weeks from the "filled" date.

Hmm, I received the same e-mail from customer service the other day when I wrote them and questioned where my $20 Red Lobster GC was from 5/16 last year! Still waiting...

We are waiting for a filled Best Buy from 7/30 or 7/31. Hopefully soon. If I don't receive it by end of next week I will email. I see on fishingfordeals that someone JUST received a 7/30 fill on I believe a WM certificate.
