HL Coupon this week...

Have you all seen the HL coupon this week in some areas? It does NOT exclude Cricut products!

Most Mondays, DH brings home Sunday papers for me. He has a deal with a convenience store- they take off what they need from the front page for credit, he brings them home for me to get coupons out and recycles them.

Well, he brought home a small stack today and the HL coupon w/o cricut exclusions is in there! I have 6 that I'm not going to use and will be willing to give them away to those who want them. To spread the "wealth" so to speak, I will limit it to one per person, unless there isn't much interest in them.

There's also a website that some newspaper in Texas has it up and posted that you can print your own.

i'm on the hobby lobby email list and they send the add and the coupon. you can print and use as many as you want (one use per person per day)

but that is a very nice offer.

Ah, but the one on the website says "Excludes...blah... CRICUT..blah. The one in the paper doesn't have that on it. I didn't get Sunday's paper, usually don't, so this is great for me.

I just got back from shopping and was able to use the coupon. I don't think this was a mistake. The gal I spoke with about it said they were to honor the coupon on any instock cricut products- they were not allowed to issue rainchecks. I have to wonder if maybe this is a test of sorts to see if it moves the product or to reduce some inventory??? Eh, no matter, it works for me! DH's Christmas shopping for me is almost done!

GB- Your link is to a newpaper. Your coupon is a good one for Cricut products.
However, going to the HL website will give the coupon bad for Cricut products.


Have you tried to use the printed out one from your link? I was wondering if they would nix it due to the reproduction clause. The website coupon HAS to be printed out, so they have to take those. I wasn't sure about printing off a newspaper's site.

I printed out the one from the link that GBShorts (THANK YOU) gave us and it worked! I got Christmas Cheer. The sales person didn't even blink, didn't read it at all!

I can't take the credit for this one-I saw it over on the Cricut board. Actually they gave us the main site's info and gave us directions on how to find it. I just found it and copied the link.

I am SO CHICKEN to use it at our HL. The lady who works the register there is a Nazi. I do work in the next town over, however, I could go there with it and they would have no clue who I am...

does this mean it could be used for the Cricut itself? And I tried to print out the coupon but
it wouldn't print. I just got all the location information and not the coupon. I even tried changing the landscape and copying and pasting into word. Any ideas? Did anyone else have a problem?

Vanyel, if you go buy the big one.. I'll make a road trip once a month for a scrap visit.. I'll bring the carts I have too.. My mom gave me all her carts this weekend... so had about 4..and I have one more coming that a friend of hers borrowed... She doesn't use her baby bug much and she is liking digital better...but DH said I can't have a big bug until we get back from vacation...

I was looking at the ad on the link above and the addresses started looking real familiar! That coupon in out of the Atlanta paper here in GA. Now I think I am going to have to try it out here at the one in Stone Mountain!

I used the coupon today on the Mini Mongrams cartridge and the sales girl didn't even look at it. I went in there all prepared to do battle!

A friend of mine used the coupon in Ohio today and got the Big Bug for $256.19!!!
