Hitchhiking Ghosts Halloween Decorations

I found through a Google search someone made some Hitchhiking Ghost's Halloween decorations a couple of years ago using Plywood and illuminating them with Laundry Detergent and Black Lights. I don't want to post the persons Username in here being this is my first post and all, but I am hoping they see this because I would like to ask them about how they made it. If anyone has any cool ideas for making something like this, please share! I am looking to make something similar to what the person I mentioned above made, some kind of prop that is big enough to put out in the yard/porch. Thanks in advance and I look forward to reading any responses I get to this! I love Disney and especially the Haunted Mansion and am trying to come up with cool ideas for Halloween. Also, my wife crochets and I would love to get her involved in this board somehow! Any crocheters out there who do Disney stuff, let me know!
